incredible disappointment, the so-called 'double room' was tiny and the amenities were practically non-existent. The lack of hand soap was just the icing on the cake. I also woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary gesture for such poor treatment, but alas, no red carpet for me. i almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Friendly staff assistance with luggage was appreciated.
My double room had poor street noise isolation, disturbing my sleep. The amenities provided were minimal, lacking even basic hand soap. I encountered a broken bathroom fixture that made my stay uncomfortable, and overall, the room felt outdated and cramped.

Solo traveler suitable
Had a small balcony in my room which was nice for some fresh air. The wifi was reliable and the staff helped me with my bags up the stairs.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but acceptable for the quality.

Had a great time staying here with friends! The location was great for exploring the local attractions like the stunning cathedral and beautiful waterfront. The staff were super friendly and helped us get taxis easily. Breakfast was a nice start to our days with enough options to please everyone. I'd recommend renting e-bikes for a fun way to see the city!
My room was on the smaller side, which was a bit cramped for the four of us, but it was fine for our needs.

Staff consistently provided exceptional assistance, notably by helping with luggage and accommodating requests like late-night hot water. The city exploration was made easier thanks to the availability of e-bikes for hire, enhancing the experience.
Breakfast choices were somewhat limited.

Just a suitable option for a weekend in Brindisi with outstanding value. The hotel had lovely high ceilings, making the small room feel more spacious. Pack some snacks since the breakfast selection is limited.
